An opportunity has arisen to join an innovating manufacturer and one of the world’s largest producers of earthmoving equipment, LiuGong Machinery. The role covers Hamm, Germany and surrounding areas as a Field Service Engineer to maintain their state of the art Heavy Plant throughout the region and provide engineering support to dealers where required.

Salary: €52,300 - €63,300 per year + overtime + benefits

The requirements of the Field Service Engineer will be:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for handling warranty work through diagnostics, commissioning, and issue resolutionTravel up to 70% regionally to provide field technical support to dealers and end-users on LiuGong equipmentCoordinate and deliver technical training for dealer service teamsReporting issues to HQ and contribute to feedback for improvementReport product performance and technical support on-site technical needs 
The ideal candidate for Field Service Engineer will be:
Experienced within the construction or agricultural machinery industry for at least 3 yearsSkilled in hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics; familiarity with Tier IV or BEV systems is a plusStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsFluent in German and proficient in English; Chinese is an advantageBackground in vocational or university-level engineering (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics)
