Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, by using your strong technical skills in providing the best-in-class customer service! As part of the Service engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.
**Your role**
+ Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
+ Assisting in-service repair, preventative maintenance, and field change orders/installations.
+ Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
+ Operating under the required knowledge of regulatory requirement development.
+ Depending on business performance and the market may be defined other lines of development.
As a Field Service engineer you will be working as a team member of Service delivery team and reporting to Service Delivery Manager

**You are the right fit if you have:**
+ University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology and relevant education.
+ Previous hands-on experience servicing medical equipment. Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in CT, MRI, Nuclear medicine appreciated.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language and good level of English addition to local language.
+ Driving license, no obstacle for travel.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
