As we continue to grow, we re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and support our custom machinery across the globe. About the Role You ll be the go-to technical expert, working directly with customers to install, test, troubleshoot, and optimize custom high-precision equipment. This role combines hands-on machine support with opportunities to collaborate on process development and innovation. What You ll Do Install and commission new machines, including programming and acceptance testing Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems Provide technical training and support to customer teams Develop and test new equipment in-house before deployment Collaborate with customers to ensure our machines meet real-world application needs Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) both domestic and international Cross-train and support operations between our Ramsey and Pennsauken locations What You Bring 1 3 years of experience in a technical or service engineering role Mechanical or Electrical degree preferred Experience with CNC machines, controls, or automation is a strong plus Strong troubleshooting skills both electrical and mechanical Comfortable working directly with customers in a production environment Working knowledge of motion control systems, automation platforms, and Windows OS Familiarity with ERP systems and documentation best practices Why MMT?
