\nThis position is primarily responsible assisting in the maintenance and commissioning of equipment located at customer sites. Function in an On Call capacity for customers requesting support. Provide phone service reply to e-mail for service questions by performing the following duties.
\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
\n\nCore duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nManages electrical testing, mechanical testing, field service, repairs retrofits problem solving.\nOperates independently on site and in an on-call capacity.\nInstalls and repairs equipment.\nTrain customers on maintenance and troubleshooting.\nPerform trial runs of the equipment.\nPromotes and participates in continuous improvement efforts.\nFill out test paperwork properly.\nAnalyze test results, and report on them accordingly\nPerforms weights and measures testing.\nRuns Series II and C-Scape and needed software properly.\nRead and analyze prints/drawings.\nUses AX Dynamics to look up parts and inventory logs etc.\n\nAccountability:
\n\nAccountable for performing the safe and timely maintenance, repair and testing of equipment.\nPercent of customer satisfaction of services performed.\n\nBusiness Related Contacts:
\n\nEngineering - needs to provide feedback and obtain answers/frequency - often.\nSales - needs to provide site updates/frequency - occasional.\nProduction - needs to provide feedback on quality/frequency - often.\nCustomers - update customer as needed.\nWHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)

\nEducation and/or Experience:
\n\nOne year certificate from college or technical school; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nLanguage Skills:
\n\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.\n\nMathematical Skills:
\n\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as, probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts, such as, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\n\nReasoning Ability:
\n\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\n\nComputer Skills:
\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Design software; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software; Order Processing systems; and Word Processing software.\n\nOther Skills and Abilities:
\n\nMechanical, Electrical and PLC skills.\n\nOther Qualifications:
\n\nAbility to travel frequently.\nMust be eligible to work in the United States and be able to obtain a US passport.\n\nSpecialized Equipment Used:

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work in high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. Works with compressed natural gas when in manufacturing / test pad areas of the building and when visiting customer sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.\n\n\nThe base compensation range for this position is $59,700 to $82,300 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
For this specific role, you may be eligible for overtime in accordance with state laws. Overtime hours are not guaranteed.
