Division: Industrial Quality Solutions (품질솔루션사업부)Job Title: Field Service EngineerContract: RegularLocation: Cheonan/Asan (근무지: 재택근무 / 출장지: 천안/아산 및 인근 지역)Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission ZEISS IQS equipment at customer sites to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues by analyzing mechanical, electrical, and software components.
Provide technical support to customers, guiding them through proper equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Perform preventive maintenance and manage spare parts to ensure system reliability and longevity.
Communicate effectively with customers to identify and resolve system errors and performance issues.
Create and maintain detailed documentation such as service reports, technical procedures, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with headquarters and application engineers to deliver comprehensive technical solutions.
Support process improvement initiatives by contributing to the enhancement of service protocols and tools.
Actively identify customer needs and propose ZEISS solutions, supporting the creation of new business opportunities.
Uphold ZEISS standards in service quality, professionalism, and asset care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Team player with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.
Proactive and open-minded approach toward continuous learning and challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues with sound judgment.
Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
Prior experience in equipment service or customer support is a plus.
