The Position

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' success by providing technical support and services. If you're excited by the prospect of working hands-on with ground breaking instruments and equipment while contributing to both pre and post-sales processes, this role is for you.

The Opportunity

You will support pre- and post-sales processes with your technical expertise and provision of services in the core lab customer area.

You drive on-site installations and handle urgent repair projects, ensuring swift resolutions.

You advise customers and colleagues on the best use and maintenance of our instruments/equipment, ensuring they have access to critical technical insights.

You implement our instruments/equipment at customer sites, providing vital training for proper use.

You provide on-site and remote phone support, offering expert guidance on troubleshooting and servicing.

You perform preventive maintenance in line with defined standards, ensuring equipment is always in top condition.

You decontaminate, pack, and return instruments/parts according to procedures, handling any technical complaints with efficiency and care.

Who You Are

You hold a Senior High School diploma, Higher Technical Education, or have equivalent relevant experience.

You bring hands-on experience working with instruments used in Research and/or Clinical labs.

You have teaching experience or demonstrate strong potential to train others effectively.

You are organized and methodical, with strong planning and prioritization skills.

You are flexible, willing to travel, and comfortable working unsociable or irregular hours when needed.

You are fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish is highly desirable or you show a strong willingness to learn.
