Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey 

Diagnose technical problems, determine corrective measures, and repair products and systems through remote or on-site service. 

Plan the dispatch of on-site technicians in a timely and cost-effective manner according to contractual agreements or individual service requests. Prepare all materials required for on-site activities and ensure their arrival on site according to the approved schedule. 

Perform proper communication with customers and complaint handling. 

Ensure that on-site activities meet contractual requirements. Monitor support services and ensure an appropriate quality level. 

Assist field technicians with all tasks required to carry out their work during on-site operations. 

Assist the internal sales department with technical issues regarding robots and systems. 

Suggest maintenance, repairs, replacement parts and spare parts to customers according to the customer's product usage. 

· Prepare quotations based on service activity suggestions to customers. 

Perform repair activities for products in and out of warranty period. 

Ensure that training activities are carried out for the customer on product usage, applicable maintenance items, and security. 

Create a service plan according to the customer's work environment. Inform the field technician of the scope of supply, schedule, contract with the customer, safety documentation, and safety coordination with the customer and contractors. 

Consider various ways to improve the productivity of your own work and the entire FS team. 

Identify opportunities for quality improvement of robotic products and systems and ensure improvement as a team by feeding back to appropriate internal and external parties. 

Create the necessary documentation in accordance with ABB safety procedures and legal requirements. Ensure that documentation is reviewed and verified by the customer to properly identify the required activities. 

Propose a maintenance contract to the customer in line with LPG's internal sales strategy. 

Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future. 

 

What it takes to Run what runs the world 

High school graduate or above (mechanical or electronic engineering preferred) 

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. 

Field experience, familiarity with the field environment 

【Japanene】JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language 

【English】Work experience in an English-speaking environment  

A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
