Contract: Regular

Location : Seoul (business trips required)

[Key Responsibilities]

Provide on-tool technical support :Preventive Maintenance (PM), tool repairs and installationsProactively problem solveTrain field service engineersSupport service related documentation & proceduresManage communication between the customer and R&D team in IsraelSupport SW & App activities

[Qualifications]

B.Sc. in Engineering from a certified well-known instituteProven “Hands on” technical capabilitiesAt least 3 years of experience as a service field engineer - MustExperience in the semiconductor industry - MustWilling to travel abroad (2-3 times per year) – MustInitial training abroad for a duration of up to ~ 2 months – MustFluent English (read, write & speak) – MustTechnical experience with multi-disciplinary systems- AdvantageCreative & “out of the box” thinker.High level of communication & interpersonal skills.
