Job DescriptionJob Summary
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will provide routine to complex field service support for our core
Sievers® brand total organic carbon (TOC) analytical instruments and accessories at customer sites
predominantly within Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Support will include: maintenance, verification, validation, repair, and calibration duties as well as troubleshooting
operational issues. In addition, the FSE may also be involved in providing field service and support for
Sievers brand Endotoxin and Bioburden instrument product lines.
This position will require residency in the Greater Denver area and within 1-hour drive of Denver
International Airport. Position will occasionally provide field service support for other customers of
Sievers Analytical Instruments as needed within the larger West Service Region, the US and Canada.

Travel to customer sites and perform PM and related services on TOC and other Sievers instrumentsPlan, Schedule and Confirm customer services including coordination of travel and parts shipments for servicesMaintain administrative duties, parts inventory, and relevant trainingsTake customer calls, participate in territory sales rhythm calls, and service team meetingsRespond to on-demand contract services with 3 or 7 business day response commitments for troubleshooting and repairWrite clear and concise reports for customersSpecial projects and new hire training as assigned by supervisorsWork closely with Sales to provide insight into new instrument and new service opportunities as well as upsell service and consumables at existing customer sites based on needEnsure compliance with all aspects of safety on the job, including the operation and maintenance of an assigned company vehicle and comply with all Veolia Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policiesDomestic travel 70%QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
