Kforce has a client that is seeking a Field Service Engineer in San Ramon, CA. Summary: The Field Systems Engineer will work with our clients to troubleshoot general hardware and software issues. This will include working with Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, as well as smartphones and other mobile devices. You will provide remote support over the phone during non-scheduled site visits. The technician will also be responsible for providing the same level of support, both remotely and on-site, on a weekly basis. Duties: * Field Service Engineer will answer inbound calls and set tickets for client issues * Assist during projects from time to time * Travel is required
