What you will accomplish together with us:
Assigning Field Service Engineers to Service Requests via the Service Management System (SMS) in advance, with tentative datesScheduling onsite field services with end-user customers via phone and emailConfirming all onsite dates with customers and field engineers in advance of servicesMake adjustments to engineer schedules or customer visits as neededEnsure all onsite requirements are met before services take placeEnsure all equipment is delivered and available at the customer siteEnsure any technical equipment required for services is available, scheduled, and shipped and/or transported to the customer sitePlace, track, and follow up on orders for all spare parts needed for onsite activitiesAssist in inventory management for the Field Service Engineer van stockCreate and update service orders, SMS, and/or ERP with all relevant information, including model and serial numbers, customer location, contact information, etc.Create and update customer master and contact information within SMS and/or ERPReview and monitor all open service orders in need of schedulingPrepare quotations for onsite repairs of systems, with assistance from Technical SupportCoordinate with Service Support, Field Service Engineers, and Management on all open service orders and onsite activitiesOther duties as assignedWhat will convince us:
