You'll manage maintenance schedules with precision, ensuring every detail is covered. Oversee work orders and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform, cultivating a seamless experience for our clients. Your expertise will guide the team as you step in as deputy Team Lead when needed. Coordinate and optimize maintenance resources effectively. Address customer queries with a solution-oriented approach. Follow up on status incident problems and change requests, whilst also informing our customers of the process.
