Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temp Field Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct thorough data cleanup for open service orders, updating legacy data and verifying original contract information.
+ Ensure seamless integration and accuracy between our new field service ticketing software and ERP system.
+ Process approximately 1,400 contracts, with a goal of managing 10 accounts per day over approximately six months.
+ Provide support to multiple groups and service teams by requesting and processing customer purchase orders and change orders.
+ Create service orders within the ERP, prepare service tickets for invoicing, and manage customer data effectively.
+ Assist with routine administrative tasks and special projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Experience with data scrubbing for mass uploads is essential.
+ Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, preparing invoices through an ERP, and processing purchase orders is preferred.
+ Some college education and/or experience in the field service industry is a plus.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
