Position Summary
This is a field-based technical role responsible for providing hands-on infrastructure, mobility, and user compute support across ADM manufacturing and office environments. The position assists with all NA Region PC and mobile deployments, Support, PC/Mobility, depot operations, troubleshooting, along with overall asset inventory management while ensuring all work performed aligns with ADM GT Infrastructure global Standards and safety practices. 
Key Responsibilities
Field Service & CoordinationProvide onsite technical support for ADM locations in the assigned region.Assist with device deployments, lifecycle refresh projects, BAU operational support and site readiness tasks.Collaborate with ADM global field service teams to support all infrastructure and project needs.Work directly with managed partners and other ADM field service teams on installations, troubleshooting, and other assigned work.Escalate complex issues to the Lead or senior team members as needed.PC & User Compute SupportPerform imaging and setup of new PCs, including SCCM/Intune configuration, domain join, account setup, and initial user configuration.Provide Tier 2 hardware troubleshooting and depot-level hardware repairs (motherboards, keyboards).Support spare device management, lifecycle refresh, and replacement of damaged devices.Assist with shipping/receiving of hardware, including logging serials and tracking outbound shipments.Handle accessory swaps (keyboards, mice, docks) along with monitor/headset inventory control.Support local software incidents, reinstallation procedures, and escalation coordination.Perform basic network troubleshooting for physical connections, patch cable testing, and port validation.Maintain accurate asset and lifecycle tracking in ServiceNow or ADM-approved tools.Provide local printer support including troubleshooting, consumables, and coordinating vendor repairs.Assist with setup and maintenance of conference room and AV equipment, including Teams rooms and video conferencing systems.Mobility SupportProcess returned mobile devices, including secure data wipe and redeployment.Manage loaner devices and assist with general spare pool and local stock levels.Support legal hold administration for mobile devices under direction of the Lead or ADM mobility team.Handle lost/stolen device workflows, terminations, and transfer processing.Issue iPhones and other mobile devices from on-site stock, including SIM swaps and MDM enrollment (Intune/SOTI).Track mobility inventory and assist with report generation.Assure alignment with our managed services partner global mobility team.Manage the E-cycle credit program.Depot & Inventory OperationsAssist with depot operations including diagnostics, imaging, staging, repair documentation, and parts inventory.Perform Dell-certified warranty repairs for PCs, laptops, tablets, and phones (if certified).Support device recycling and decommissioning, ensuring data destruction and asset updates.Maintain inventory accuracy for PCs, monitors, headsets, and accessories.Standards & DocumentationEnsure all fieldwork aligns with ADM GT Global Infrastructure Standards and safety policies.Follow established SOPs for imaging, staging, shipping, mobility processing, and inventory management.Document work in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and maintain accurate service and inventory records.Job Requirements3–5+ years of IT field service or infrastructure support experience; manufacturing support preferred.Experience with:PC installs, hardware repair, and imaging.Mobility device configuration and MDM tools (Intune/SOTI).Asset lifecycle management: procurement, refresh, disposal.Inventory and depot operations.ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.Printer troubleshooting and vendor coordination.Conference room/AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.Familiarity with:Endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel).Active Directory basics (password resets, account joins).Dell repair certification preferred.Ability to lift 40+ lbs., climb ladders, kneel, and work in plant/manufacturing environments.Willingness to travel as needed by work demand to ADM locations within the primary region.Good communication and time-management skills.Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience required.Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
