Field Sales Representative / Sales Executive Specialist :

- Engage with business owners / merchants ( small and medium-sized businesses - SMBs ) in face-to-face conversations to identify their needs and offer customized Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions
- Schedule in-person appointments at client locations to demonstrate corporate solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue
- Support deployment of systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use


Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience) :

- Sales experience ( at least 1-2 years ) in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment, working with small to medium-sized clients and cold calling/prospecting while independently generating leads
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions and e-commerce systems preferred

Compensation :

- Position offers a highly leveraged commission plan along with a guaranteed compensation ( W2 base salary + certain commission payments for the first 12 month, which are NOT a recoverable draw ) as you ramp up your production.
