Field Sales Operations Analyst
**Meaningful Work From Day One:** This role is accountable for ensuring the quality and accuracy of sales operations data. The analyst conducts audits, analyzes information to identify discrepancies, and suggests necessary actions to maintain data integrity. This position also develops reports to track performance and support commercial teams in accomplishing business goals. **What You Can Expect:** + Analyze and offer insights and recommendations based on data available to the Field Sales Operations Department. + PICOS (Picture of success): Scoring, opportunities area, and continual improvement. + Field Sales Operations SCORECARDS: sales vs targets and operational discipline, brand coverage, competitor activities, etc. + SALESFORCE: DDI, OOS, PRE-OOS, and Price reports + Develop and design reports on various platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, etc.) in an automated manner, incorporating all Salesforce information, and align the reports to the insights found according to the sales channel's priorities. + Maintain the database to ensure we have the information and reports in the correct manner. + Design Sales reports for Field Sales Operations and commercial teams: weekly frequency and its follow-up + Permanent information audits: metadata photos, Salesforce audits. + Develop and actualize reports on a share of shelf, promotional track, survey track, agency reports, ROI reports, and any other reports needed according to market conditions. + Survey Salesforce developer for tactical and strategic activities for Field Sales Operations department. + Provide support to Salesforce users and solve critical issues. **What You Bring to the Table:** + Education: Bachelor's degree / Advanced education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuary, or related. + Previous experience: At least 3 years in any field related to data analysis + Intermediate English level + Tableau + PowerBI & Data Studio (desirable) + Excel 100% + Key customer management skills + Revenue growth management (basic level) + Shopper activation (basic level) **Who We Are** We believe great people build great brands.
