Position Title: Field Sales Market Manager     

Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

 

Location: Dallas, TX

 

Travel: Frequent travel is typical for this position. Company vehicle will be provided. A valid driver’s license and clean DMV is required. 

 

Position Summary:

The role of the Field Sales Market Manager is to lead, inspire and grow our field sales organization.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive Sonic revenue generation through prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts Construct, forecast, and manage sales pipeline Train and manage a growing field sales team Understand lead qualification and work with marketing to develop process and accuracy Build a sales playbook that will be used to scale and train our growing team Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings Be prepared to share knowledge and communicate with cross functional teams Develop strong relationships with key clients that will generate revenue as new features go-to-market Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, motivational team manager, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager
