**About The Role**
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and a knack for leading teams to success? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can make a direct impact on business growth? We're looking for a highly motivated **Field Sales Manager** to join our team in **Puerto Rico.**
As the key liaison with our third-party service provider, you will be the driving force behind our field sales execution. Your mission will be to ensure excellence at the store level, achieve ambitious sales targets, and provide crucial insights that keep us ahead of the competition.
**What You Will Do**
+ **Lead and Inspire:** Supervise and direct the execution of supervisors, sales representatives, and merchandisers from our third-party partner. Ensure they are aligned with our goals and have the tools they need to succeed. Lead and organize yearly kick off meetings aligned with key priorities and strategies.
+ **Achieve Sales Targets:** Drive the achievement of field sales goals by ensuring flawless execution of the **5 P's** in every store: **Product, Placement, Pricing, Promotion,** and **People** .
+ **Negotiate and Influence:** Conduct on-the-spot negotiations at the store level to secure prime product listings, ideal planograms, impactful displays, and effective promotional executions.
+ **Be Our Eyes on the Ground:** Monitor competitive activity, track distribution speed of new products, current assortment opportunities and identify best practices in the field. Your detailed feedback will be essential for our commercial teams to quickly adapt and refine their strategies.
+ **Drive Operational Excellence:** Oversee the implementation of shopper initiatives and ensure our in-store plans are executed flawlessly.
+ **Ensure Compliance:** Monitor and evaluate in-store compliance, take immediate corrective action when needed, and report results to our Commercial Team.
**What We're Looking For**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
+ At least **3 years** of strong commercial background.
+ Demonstrated skills in supervision, coaching, and teamwork.
+ High proficiency in English.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
+ At least **3 years** of experience in a sales and/or marketing role.
+ Previous field sales and merchandising experience.
+ Background in Retail Marketing or Marketing.
+ Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
+ Previous experience leading Teams/having direct reports.
