Field Sales Manager – Industrial Segment CER

Responsibilities Location: South Germany/Austria Purpose of the role: Pro-active selling and promotion of products, solutions and services of MSA in the segment of Industrial End users and Distributors Responsibilities: Actively sell and promote MSA's products, solutions, and services to industrial end users and distributors. Personal visits, customer meetings, product presentations, maintaining relationship with respective associations and opinion leaders being the number one contact person for all business partners of MSA in this field of business in the sales territory. Capturing market, key end-user and channel partner feedback while using tools provided by MSA. Implementing planned marketing and promotional activities to support the awareness and image of the MSA brand in the Industrial segment. Organizing local customer presentations (e.g. lunch and learn sessions), customer trainings and participation at national fairs and the support of diverse demand creation activities organized by MSA or by channel or other business partners in the sales territory. Ongoing customer support in close cooperation with after-sales functions (Customer Service and Service fulfillment) to increase customer satisfaction indices and customer loyalty scores. Qualifications Required: At least 3 years direct sales experience in Safety products Excellent or native German. Ability to communicate on all levels Business Developing Mindset End-Customer and Distributor liaison Tenacity and problem solving Ability to communicate the value of MSA products & solutions to customers in designated region Understanding of current industry technical standards and practices Ability to work independently and systematically Ability to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities Willingness to travel across the sales area Basic communication skills in English required (Pref. B2). Communications skills Ambition to develop business Well organized Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred: Experience with Salesforce (CRM) is an advantage College (Bachelor Degree) or equivalent
