Based at home in central Sweden (most ideally in Orebro, but we’ll also consider Stockholm, Vasteras, Linkoping, Skovde, Karlstad, Uppsala, Norrkoping etc) and travelling extensively across the central Sweden territory, the Field Sales Engineer visits a broad range of industrial organizations (90% existing customers and 10% new targets) to identify needs and propose the right water quality measurement solutions.
This richly varied sales role encompasses account plan development, lead generation, mapping decision-makers, product demonstrations, trade shows, and the execution of the entire sales cycle to the highest professional standards. The Ideal Candidate:
‘New business opportunity hunting’ Sales Engineer / Account Manager, ideally with B2B industrial exposure (food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, paper, chemicals, waste water etc)
Strong commercial awareness. Exposure to measurement technology products would be advantageous but product training can be provided
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Fluent Swedish and advanced English language skills. A consultative approach to uncover and solve customer’s needs
Excellent sales CRM administration, forecasting and reporting, using Salesforce etc
A valid driver’s licence and able to drive extensively across a large sales territory, with some overnight stays away from home
