Field Sales Engineer

We invite you to join our team as a **Field** **Sales Engineer** in **Sittard, Limburg** , responsible primarily for **Southern part of the Netherlands** within the **Global Sales** organization. In this position you will be responsible for handling all **Isolation Valves** business within a defined portfolio of End User accounts to achieve the agreed orders, sales and profitability targets. By developing and maintaining the necessary relationships with key partners in existing customers and targeting new accounts, the goal is to optimally position each product line and value offering. If you like to engage with customers by providing high levels of service, this might be the right opportunity for you! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Drive Sales, Bookings, and Gross Profit growth across the full Isolation Valves Portfolio within the assigned account base. + Build strong insight into each customer’s business, needs, and language to effectively recommend tailored products and solutions. + Continuously grow a network of key contacts, engaging relevant partners to deliver targeted value propositions across all product lines. + Monitor competitive activity within each account and implement strategies to protect and strengthen Emerson’s market position. + Lead customer negotiations and secure commercially favorable business agreements. **Who You Are** You actively listen and check for understanding, adjusting your communication style to engage effectively with diverse partners.
