What You'll Do: Your Role as a Proximity Marketer As a Proximity Marketer, you're the first friendly face potential customers see! You'll be: • Connecting with Homeowners: You'll visit assigned neighborhoods, go door to door engaging with homeowners while introducing them to Renewal by Andersen as well as our products and services. • Generating Leads: Your main goal is to spark interest and schedule free consultation appointments for our sales team. • Active Field Work: Get ready for some active days! You'll be walking (potentially 8-10 miles daily) in various outdoor conditions, so being comfortable working outdoors is a must. • Tech-Savvy: We'll provide you with an Apple iPad for easy lead tracking and information management. You'll also use tools like Microsoft Teams for seamless communication with your team. • Representing Our Brand: You'll represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost professionalism, educating potential customers about our top-quality products and services. Please Note: You'll need your own reliable vehicle for travel to assigned neighborhoods and our Stamford, CT office for monthly team meetings. Your initial 60-day training period will be based out of our Stamford CT office. Who We're Looking For: Your Profile We're seeking individuals who are: • People-Oriented: You have an outgoing personality and enjoy connecting with new people. • Positive & Resilient: You maintain a positive attitude, even when faced with challenging interactions, and demonstrate strong resilience. • Driven & Goal-Oriented: You're self-motivated, resilient, eager to achieve goals, and ready to achieve – and exceed – your targets. • Great Communicators: You can clearly and professionally communicate, both in-person and through email. • Tech-Comfortable: You're comfortable learning and using new technology, including tablet devices and communication platforms. Bonus Points if you have prior experience in sales, canvassing, hospitality, or customer service; however, it is not a requirement! The Benefits: What We Offer You We believe in supporting our team members with a comprehensive package: • Competitive Pay & Earning Potential: - $21/hour during training and increases to $23/hour upon successful completion of training. - Opportunity to reach $25/hour by hitting performance goals. - Uncapped weekly and monthly commission bonuses in addition to your hourly pay!
