How you will contribute
You will:
RGM Strategy Implementation:
Develop sales materials to aid the effective sell-in of RGM strategiesAssist Customer Business Teams with integration of RGM strategies (promo, pricing, PPA, mix) into annual plans, inclusive of Trade planning, ROI improvement and post-event analysisOffer recommended Promotion constructs, SRPs, promotional net-down guidelines and Trade spending/tactic guidanceAssess pricing opportunities and impacts; elasticity modeling/guidance, informing volumeOptimize PPA/Distribution mix inclusive of recommended volume buildsAct as RGM strategy expert on customer sales callsPromotional Optimization:
Act as HQ experts and lead field education and training on Post Event Analysis (PEA) ToolsCreate regular monthly PEA cadence with CBTs to analyze prior events, draw insights and trends, and refine upcoming plansTraining:
Act as category experts on RGM levers, providing training, coaching, and business counsel to CCMs and CBLsWhat you will bring

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
