Field Reimbursement Manager

Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to: + Act as a reimbursement advisor for healthcare providers, resolving access and reimbursement barriers. + Manage benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims escalations, and appeals. + Deliver payer insights and education on Medicare and commercial insurance coverage. + Collaborate with physician offices, specialty pharmacies, and manufacturer representatives to align on patient access strategies. + Document activities and reporting in FRM CRM and support client program performance. Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered: + Minimum of 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience. + Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, and specialty pharmacy. + Experience with prior authorizations, claims processing, and appeals. + Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with customer service mindset. + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.
