Job Title: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) – Remote with Territory Travel **Location:** Remote (Territory assigned based on location) **Travel:** Up to 80% (4 days/week) via car or air **Pay Rate:** $51–$55/hr (based on location) **Type:** Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We’re hiring a **Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)** to support access and reimbursement for a specialty drug. You’ll be the go-to expert for healthcare providers, guiding them through benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals. This client-facing role blends remote work with in-person visits, offering a dynamic mix of education, problem-solving, and strategic collaboration. Key Responsibilities + **Provider Education:** Deliver engaging training (virtual & on-site) on payer landscapes and support services. + **Reimbursement Support:** Help offices navigate insurance processes—BI, PA, claims, and appeals. + **Relationship Building:** Serve as a trusted advisor to providers and manufacturer reps. + **Territory Management:** Coordinate site visits, trainings, and maintain CRM documentation. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal hubs and client teams to ensure seamless service delivery. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + 8+ years in healthcare reimbursement (Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy) + Deep knowledge of Medicare & commercial insurance + Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills + Proficient in PowerPoint, CRM tools, and virtual platforms + Valid driver’s license; able to travel extensively **Pay Details:** $51.00 to $55.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
