About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to guide a team of new business sellers in the government and legal technology space. This role is responsible for contributing to the sales strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and driving alignment across go-to-market functions. The ideal candidate brings a passion for developing talent, delivering results, and translating company vision into frontline execution. Fluency in modern sales tools and methodologies is essential.
Responsibilities:
Leading and coaching a team of new business sellers to exceed revenue targets and deliver client value
Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top sales talent to build and scale a high-performance team
Translating company vision and go-to-market strategy into clear direction and execution for the sales team
Selling in a consultative manner within complex client environments and technology ecosystems
Collaborating cross-functionally with product, GTM strategy and operations, marketing, and customer success to align on strategic priorities and drive business outcomes
Presenting to executive stakeholders with clarity and precision, both internally and externally
Requirements:
Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Have experience in legal technology
Show proven success as a quota-bearing seller or sales leader
Be able to confidently engage in AI-related discussions with clients and actively leverage AI tools to drive sales effectiveness
Be proficient in modern sales tools and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, forecasting modules, Tableau)
Have hands-on experience with structured sales methodologies
Be willing and able to travel based on customer and business needs
