Field Recruiter

The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring applicants for designated priority schools.  Depending on the school priority level, the Field Recruiter will also be responsible for refreshing postings, cleaning-up job requisitions, scheduling interviews, and reassigning candidates.  The Field Recruiter will provide weekly status reports on recruiting activities as well as ensure timely communication with both Directors and Applicants.

Job Duties:

Source candidates, re-fresh job ads, and conduct phone screens in order to identify the best talent for assigned schools. Depending on the level of priority, partner with Directors regarding their staffing needs including scheduling in-person interviews as necessary. Educate Directors on how to better source, recruit, network, use social media, and partner with local colleges and universities in order to find quality candidates. Leverage social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google+) to attract a pipeline of passive candidates. Assist Directors and applicants with navigating through the ATS and our on-line assessment and apply process. Ensure Directors follow through with interviewing candidates and moving them through the hiring process. Identify local and niche job boards to post priority positions, search resume databases, and utilize other creative sourcing techniques to find talent for our schools and increase applicant flow. Identify local career fairs, community and college events, media opportunities, etc., to attract applicants. Assist Directors with planning and coordinating these recruiting events. Provide weekly status report on recruiting activity: number of openings, candidates interviewed, candidates hired and any movement in the field hiring processes. Apply knowledge of state and local licensing regulations for all school positions, including education and experience requirements. Using sound judgment, match candidates experience and credentials with appropriate school and classroom requirements.

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related field highly preferred. Minimum two years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.   Experience using an ATS, CRM or other applicant database tool to track, organize, and document candidate activity.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.  Expected base salary: $62,000-67,500 This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
