Field Product Manager
**What you will do** + Lead market mapping to identify opportunities, map regional KOLs, and gather account-level insights, including install base and competitor data + Monitor market activity, competition, and win/loss trends to refine growth strategies. + Track and analyze key business metrics to measure marketing effectiveness + Anticipate and adapt to emerging customer segments and market trends. + Support data-driven decision-making with performance analysis and modeling. Identify and develop regional KOLs through tailored marketing programs. + Execute the Annual Regional Marketing Plan with HQ Marketing and Regional Sales. + Develop programs to drive customer awareness, preference, and product adoption. Provide marketing materials, training resources, and sales tools for regional teams. + Share best practices across marketing and sales teams. + Align and engage sales teams to execute marketing strategies. **What you need** + Bachelor's degree required + MBA preferred + 5+ years of medical device experience preferred + Sales or marketing experience preferred + Ability to travel 50% of the time Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
