What you will do
Lead market mapping to identify opportunities, map regional KOLs, and gather account-level insights, including install base and competitor dataMonitor market activity, competition, and win/loss trends to refine growth strategies.Track and analyze key business metrics to measure marketing effectivenessAnticipate and adapt to emerging customer segments and market trends.Support data-driven decision-making with performance analysis and modeling. Identify and develop regional KOLs through tailored marketing programs.Execute the Annual Regional Marketing Plan with HQ Marketing and Regional Sales.Develop programs to drive customer awareness, preference, and product adoption. Provide marketing materials, training resources, and sales tools for regional teams.Share best practices across marketing and sales teams.Align and engage sales teams to execute marketing strategies.What you need
Bachelor's degree required + MBA preferred5+ years of medical device experience preferredSales or marketing experience preferredAbility to travel 50% of the timeTravel Percentage: 70%
