Weatherford is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Artificial Lift Field Operator to join our team in Redcliff, AB, Canada. Responsibilities

Perform duties according to documented policies, procedures, and work instructions, participating in daily operations, safety meetings, and job hazard analyses. Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in a presentable and safe condition, adhering to specific work instructions based on your level of training and competence. Conduct functional tests, inspections, and monitoring of equipment, following strict adherence to work instructions. Undertake maintenance processes and procedures, including unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, visual checking, assembly, loading, and storage of tools, completing all necessary documentation. Rig up and down equipment, clean, lubricate, repair, and operate equipment as per work instructions and your level of training and competence. Drive vehicles such as pickups, trucks, and truck-mounted units to well sites, maintaining a satisfactory driving record.Education
