**Schedule:** M- F 8am - 5pm Overtime based on business needs. **What you will do -** + Process daily order requests received through the branch orders inbox. + Check with branch warehouses and excess inventory (JREX/TREX) for possible reallocations before ordering additional implants/instruments. + Work with JR/Trauma & FA/UE CBO/Comm Ops to obtain necessary approvals and forward approved orders to Mahwah Customer Service or Arlington for order upload. + Send confirmation emails to sales teams with order details once orders are entered. + Request expedited shipping when required and track orders to provide delivery details upon request. + Procure approvals from the Regional IPM when required by providing justification for the request. + Handle daily communications (emails, phone calls, chats) from the field with various requests + Provide training and process documentation for team members. + Support other regions with inventory and order processes as needed. **What you need -** **Required -** + 2+ years of relevant experience + High school or equivalent **Preferred -** + Order management, inventory management, or a related role + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with Oracle, JDE or SAP systems $ **26.75** per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
