Field Operations Associate (1st Shift): Start Rate 26.75/hr

What you will do -
Process daily order requests received through the branch orders inbox.Check with branch warehouses and excess inventory (JREX/TREX) for possible reallocations before ordering additional implants/instruments.Work with JR/Trauma & FA/UE CBO/Comm Ops to obtain necessary approvals and forward approved orders to Mahwah Customer Service or Arlington for order upload.Send confirmation emails to sales teams with order details once orders are entered.Request expedited shipping when required and track orders to provide delivery details upon request.Procure approvals from the Regional IPM when required by providing justification for the request.Handle daily communications (emails, phone calls, chats) from the field with various requestsProvide training and process documentation for team members.Support other regions with inventory and order processes as needed.What you need -
Required -
2+ years of relevant experienceHigh school or equivalentPreferred -
Order management, inventory management, or a related roleProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with Oracle, JDE or SAP systems$26.75 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
