Execute the area multiplication variety/vendor plan for commercial.Understanding the area cropping corn dynamic for (Field crop) and ensure seed multiplication capabilities are in place to meet those needs, with  clear focus on quality and customer responsivenessDetermine production planning parameters such as production safety and base yield levels at grower level, to ensure production risks are balanced against the achievement of supply plan.As the technical expert, provide crop/variety spesific knowledge to grower and vendor as required ( e.g advice on field capabilities needed).Support the vendor contracting process at the grower level, through agreeing purchase prices and other contracting terms within the area framework.Own, define, and communicate grower performance against agreed KPÍ's.Identify new and develop new/existing vendor and ensure all are tracked against the appropriate performance measures to drive continuous improvement.Develop and maintain the variety repro process-supporting advancement of new varieties and refinement of existing for the area.Active participant in supply chain team(s), working with the other supply  chain members in the operational delivery of supply.
