This role will be responsible for bridging Azuga’s corporate marketing strategy with regional sales and marketing execution. Focusing on high-impact events that directly drive pipeline growth, deepen customer engagement, and amplify brand exposure. *** Fully REMOTE role. Can be located anywhere within the US. *** Pay Range: $78,000.00 - $128,000.00 **Responsibilities** Job functions include but are not limited to: + Event Strategy & Planning – Develop an annual plan that supports overall sales and marketing objectives, and owns execution end-to-end. + Promotion & Demand Generation – Drive multi-channel promotional campaigns to maximize event registration and engagement, integrating events into broader marketing campaigns & nurture streams. + Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business units to align event programs with corporate objectives. + Post-Event Follow-Up & Analytics – Define and track KPIs for each event and conduct thorough analyses to measure outcomes against goals. + Customer Engagement & Brand Building – Leverage events as a platform to strengthen customer relationships and advocacy. + Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Stay up-to-date on field marketing best practices & innovative formats. **Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on field marketing, event marketing, ordemand generation. + Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to think strategically about how events and field activities can support broader business goals. + Proficiency with marketing and sales enablement tools such as CRM, marketing automation, webinar platforms, and analytics dashboards. + Willingness to travel to event locations as needed.
