As the Field Marketing Manager UK, you will serve as the "go-to" marketing point-of-contact for your territory, working closely with your regional sales leader and team to build and execute a prioritized marketing plan to achieve territory sales goals and Marketing Performance Indicators (KPIs). Reporting up to the Sr. Director of Field Marketing EMEA, you will work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative marketing environment, managing multiple projects. You will build and execute a GTM plan with purpose that is aligned with company priorities and encompasses all aspects of marketing mix and collaborating cross team to maximize the total GEO investments, delivering stellar customer experience and drive results against goals. 


As a Field Marketing Manager you will:

Closely align with sales on regional sales goals and keep a pulse on business needs Develop a regional plan that encompasses the full marketing investment mix aligned to company GTM priorities with strategy and purpose, in partnership with the extended marketing team.Implement a mix of marketing tactics to fuel growth and accelerate deals including 1:1 ABM, in-person events, meeting/calling programs, social, digital campaigns and more to increase brand awareness, expand and retain customers, and penetrate new logo accounts Execute events and campaign per, during and post event strategyInterlock cross marketing to leverage approved messaging and assets as well as collaborate on the GTM plan and drive velocity through the demand funnel  Engage partners and with partners in select marketing events and campaigns to deliver results in collaboration with Partner MarketingMeasure, analyze and evaluate performance against KPIs and goals to continually optimize results, deliver actionable insights, and make data driven decisions to continually improve outcomesManage budget forecasting and spendDrive pipeline outcomes and marketing ROIBe responsible for overseeing the demand funnel to increase velocity to close

We're excited about you if you have:

BS/BA in business, marketing or communications. 5-7 years in field marketing (preferred), demand gen, channel, events team Experience in tech software marketing is idealSales experience is a plusAbility to build and execute a strategic GTM collaborative marketing plan including in-person events Excellent interpersonal skills - can work well cross-functionally and with diverse audiences to achieve collaborative objectivesExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenExperience in managing marketing budgets and multiple suppliers/vendorsExperience with Smartsheet, Canva and SalesForce.com is a bonusOrganized, able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to improve processesCan Do Attitude: Highly motivated, self-starter who can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment  Willing to travel to up to 30%This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
