The Restaurants Field Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the NCR Voyix SMB and Channel Restaurants business with the primary focus of driving demand. Translating our technology offers into meaningful value propositions, messaging architecture, positioning, content, and assets focusing on outcomes helping our customer and partners to growth their top line, manage operational efficiency and providing an unparalleled consumer experience. Requires understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Design key external product and feature messaging and positioning based on audiences, influencers, and decision makers. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute localized marketing programs that support SMB and channel sales teams, drive demand, and increase awareness of NCR Voyix restaurant solutions.
+ Create and maintain sales tools, presentations, product one-pagers, and competitive battle cards to support field and partner sales efforts. Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, email templates, and event materials tailored to field needs.
+ Communicate product updates, new releases, and key messaging to sales and channel teams through newsletters, webinars, and internal communications.
+ Coordinate and support field events, trade shows, and partner activations to drive engagement and lead generation.
+ Monitor and report on campaign performance and field marketing KPIs to optimize future initiatives.
+ Work closely with product marketing, sales, channel, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation—preferably in the restaurant, retail, or tech sectors.
+ Proven ability to support sales teams with effective marketing tools and programs.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign analytics tools.
+ Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
