This role requires travel between Huntington University, Grace College, and Bethel University to support marketing initiatives across campuses.

 

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and creative Field Marketing Specialist to fill a key role on our marketing and communications team at Huntington University located in Huntingonton, IN. The successful candidate will possess team development and client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs while meeting multiple deadlines and managing workload. 

What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, and execute special events to boost student involvementDevelop and distribute engaging marketing materialsCollaborate with the broader marketing team to align strategies with business goalsManage vendor relationships and oversee event logisticsTrack event performance and provide actionable insightsMaintain inventory of promotional items and signageSupport digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and menu programsSupport the catering team at events What We Offer
