You receive a competitive on-call stipend in addition to your hourly wage. Your day starts in the field, and you'll be traveling between various locations to keep our facilities in top shape. **Your Typical Day:** As a Field Maintenance Technician, you'll be out in the field, tackling service tickets and ensuring that our facilities-from gas stations to restaurants-are operating at peak performance. Your work will involve troubleshooting HVAC systems, repairing gas pumps, maintaining car washes, and handling a variety of general maintenance tasks. You'll interact with store managers and team members, making sure that equipment is functioning properly and that preventive maintenance is up to date.
