We are looking for a Field Inventory and Demo Specialist who will be responsible for conducting cycle counts and inventory audits across various field locations, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and supporting operational efficiency by identifying and resolving discrepancies. This role will also provide critical support to the Sales and Marketing teams by coordinating and executing all demo-related activities.
What you will do:
Perform regular cycle counts at assigned field locations
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with warehouse, operations, sales and finance teams to review inventory levels and reporting
Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and industry standards
Document findings from cycle counts and communicate results to appropriate teams
Assist in developing and improving inventory management processes
Support inventory audits and provide assistance in annual physical inventories
Utilize inventory management software to log and track data
Train and mentor client staff on best practices for inventory control
Ensure all demonstration materials and equipment are set up correctly and functioning properly
Support product launches, engagement campaigns, and sales moments
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and assist in converting leads into product sales
What you need:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field
B Driver’s license with clean record
Ability to drive and fly to and back from clients, 75% estimated percent of travel
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 kilograms
Ability to work in various environments, including warehouses and field locations
Preferred:
Experience with inventory management systems or software, warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS)
Certification in inventory management or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Plog, Six Sigma), for medical devices preferred
Understanding of medical products and technology
Travel Percentage: 80%
