Are you ready to take your coordination skills on the road? We’re looking for a Field Installation Coordinator who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and is excited to travel while leading critical installations across a variety of industries.
This is more than a desk job—it’s a chance to be at the heart of complex projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the key link between customers, engineers, and field teams, making sure installations are completed safely, on time, and on budget.
🚧What You’ll Be DoingKeep projects on track by monitoring schedules, budgets, and task execution.Oversee subcontractors and resolve on-site challenges with confidence.Ensure every installation meets our high standards for quality and safety.Coordinate training schedules and manage essential project documentation.Handle material logistics and ensure everything needed is on-site and ready.Act as the communication hub between customers, engineers, and project managers.🧠What You BringStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe.Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Experience in automation, construction, or industrial equipment coordination or leadership.🌟Bonus SkillsComfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.Experience with CNC and turret machinery.Background in equipment installation and service coordination.Willingness to travel up to90% of the time, with projects ranging from 2 weeks to 1 year.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed.🌍What to ExpectExtensive travel with home return every 2 weeks for 3 days.Opportunities to work on international projects with increased pay for foreign travel.Per diem, lodging, and rental cars covered by the company.Overtime and night shift opportunities with a 12–15% pay increase.If you're looking for a role that combines technical coordination, travel, and leadership, this is your chance to make an impact—on the ground and around the world.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
