Our client, a leader in agricultural services, is seeking a Field Helper to join their team. As a Field Helper, you will be part of the operations supporting various agricultural activities. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Helper

Location: Jerseyville, IL

Shift: 8:00 AM

What's the Job?

Assist in planting, pollinating, harvesting, and other field activities related to crops and fields. Support the maintenance and improvement of farms and assets. Adhere to all safety policies and attend regular company-sponsored safety meetings. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift weights over 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods. Capability to perform tasks that require bending and lifting. Must be able to read and write in English to understand task and safety instructions. Willingness to work extended hours or shifts during peak seasons. Ability to function as a team member and take direction from supervisors.
