Field executive service

Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for one of our entities located in Bihar.Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.

On a typical day you will:
Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory
Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it
Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix
Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation
Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship
 

Will be responsible for handling call back, breakdown, Minor Repairs, trouble shooting, code maintenance & Customer ServiceWill be responsible for maintaining 5 S at sitesAdherence to EH&S guidelines at all the timesWill be responsible for doing 100% Code Maintenance of his routeTo attend customer complaint & rectification the sameWill be responsible to Close T Orders on TimeWill be responsible for adhering safety norms for equipment and end user safetyWill be responsible for Generating T leads to increase T Business

Should be Full time Diploma in Electrical/Electronics

Should have minimum 3 to 5 yrs. relevant work experience in elevator industry

The candidate should be essentially from elevator background having experience in service & maintenance of elevators
