Managing merchandising team to fulfill execution of activities in both National and Regional Key account stores.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Manageandcontrolthemerchandisingbudget (Daily Operations & G&O).
+ Overseemerchandisingagenciesandensureclosealignmentandexecution.
+ Takeownership of dailycategory-relatedresponsibilities.
+ Set andtrack SPV Perfect Storetargets; conductmid-yearandyear-endperformanceevaluations.
+ Provide on-the-jobcoachingandorientationfornewSPVs.
+ Organize classroomandfieldtrainingswhenrequired.
+ Ensureavailability of uniformsand in-storetools (e.g. PS booklets, bundlingmaterials) forthe team.
+ Coordinatewithcategoryandtrade marketing teamsto deliver andexecutedisplay/POP materials in thefield.
+ Trackandmanageinventory of displayand POP materials.
+ Managewarehousingoperationsandliaisewiththird-partylogisticsproviders.
+ Guide the team toact in linewiththeannualactivitycalendar.
+ Plan andexecutemerchandisingdisplaycontests.
+ Ensureaccuracy of Traxdatacollectedbythemerchandising team.
+ Leadallmerchandising-relatedoperationsforreligiousholidays (e.g. Eid).
+ Manageseasonalrecruitmentprocessesfortemporarymerchandisingstaff.
+ Organize trainingfor G&O merchandisersbeforeEidperiods.
+ Conduct in-storeauditsduringthepre-Eidperiod.
+ Ensureseamlesscoordination of themerchandising team duringpeakperiodstosupportbusinessneeds.

+ Works in collaboration with category planning teams, NKA & RKA sales teams, sales operations, procurement dept.

**What you need to know about this position:**
+ Min. 5 years of experience in a team manager role in FMCG sector.
+ Holding a bachelor’s degree (B.A.),
+ B Class driving license,
+ No military obligation for male candidates,
+ Having a good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),
+ Having a good knowledge of Field Sales,
+ No travel restriction,
+ Having good knowledge about category dynamics,
+ Having a good presentation and management abilities,
+ Analytical thinking ability with data analyzes and interpretation,
+ Proactive team player and decision maker,
+ Excellent communication and organization skills,
+ Strong analytical and business problem solving skills,
+ Good understating of sales processes,
+ Ability to establish relationships with the trade, with internal and external clients.
