Managing merchandising team to fulfill execution of activities in both National and Regional Key account stores.

How you will contribute

You will: 

 Manage and control the merchandising budget (Daily Operations & G&O). 

Oversee merchandising agencies and ensure close alignment and execution. 

Take ownership of daily category-related responsibilities. 

Set and track SPV Perfect Store targets; conduct mid-year and year-end performance evaluations. 

Provide on-the-job coaching and orientation for new SPVs. 

Organize classroom and field trainings when required. 

Ensure availability of uniforms and in-store tools (e.g. PS booklets, bundling materials) for the team. 

Coordinate with category and trade marketing teams to deliver and execute display/POP materials in the field. 

Track and manage inventory of display and POP materials. 

Manage warehousing operations and liaise with third-party logistics providers. 

Guide the team to act in line with the annual activity calendar. 

Plan and execute merchandising display contests. 

Ensure accuracy of Trax data collected by the merchandising team. 

Lead all merchandising-related operations for religious holidays (e.g. Eid). 

Manage seasonal recruitment processes for temporary merchandising staff. 

Organize training for G&O merchandisers before Eid periods. 

Conduct in-store audits during the pre-Eid period. 

Ensure seamless coordination of the merchandising team during peak periods to support business needs.

What you need to know about this position:

Min. 5 years of experience in a team manager role in FMCG sector.

Holding a bachelor’s degree (B.A.),

B Class driving license,

No military obligation for male candidates,

Having a good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),

Having a good knowledge of Field Sales,

No travel restriction,

Having good knowledge about category dynamics,

Having a good presentation and management abilities,

Analytical thinking ability with data analyzes and interpretation,

Proactive team player and decision maker,

Excellent communication and organization skills,

Strong analytical and business problem solving skills,

Good understating of sales processes,

Ability to establish relationships with the trade, with internal and external clients.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Holding a master's degree qualification or equivalent certification,
