TalentWorld is recruiting a Field Equipment Sanitation Technician in Southeast Calgary, Alberta for one of our partners.

Responsibilities Clean, disassemble, and decontaminate inspection tools and equipment Operate high-pressure washers, solvents, and cleaning systems Improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs Handle equipment containing NORM following safety protocols Inspect, test, and maintain wash bay tools Manage cleaning supply and PPE inventory Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred) 1+ years in equipment cleaning, industrial maintenance, or a similar hands-on role Experience in oil/gas, manufacturing, or industrial settings (preferred) Experience with high-pressure washing systems, solvents, and industrial cleaning equipment Basic mechanical aptitude for tool disassembly/reassembly Familiarity with calibration tools and measurement devices Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for inventory tracking) OSHA 10/30 or other safety certification (preferred) NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials) handling training (a plus) HAZWOPER certification (advantageous) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Comfort working with non-hazardous materials and wearing PPE Able to pass a background check Class 5 drivers license with own transportation is desirable.
