Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the sales and clinical support of all Masimo Hospital Automation products within the assigned territory. As a sales specialist, you will handle demonstrations, clinical evaluations, closing, installation, and follow-up of your projects. The primary sales focus for Hospital Automation products will be on ventilator-assisted shared living facilities and out-of-hospital intensive care facilities. Collaborate with the Acute and Alternative Care team to expand opportunities and the sales pipeline. Conduct product training following successful installations and for existing customers as needed. Report to the Hospital & Home Automation Manager Germany & Austria. Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or biomedical studies with several years of relevant professional experience. Experience in IT (infrastructure, networking, databases, cloud computing) and/or hospital information technology and/or medical devices. Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols in an enterprise environment; CCNA or equivalent knowledge is an advantage. Understanding of routing and switching technologies and concepts, as well as network system troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, VMware, and Linux operating systems. Experience in selling and implementing hospital automation projects. Fluent in German and good level in English Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt communication style (discussions with CxOs, IT departments, physicians/nurses, engineering teams). Service and solution sales mindset. Clinical knowledge and understanding of the German healthcare system, including a solid understanding of hospital workflows, intensive care, perioperative care, and the healthcare ecosystem. A team player with a track record of successful collaboration. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
