Field engineer job description:

Works closely with account managers to explore new business opportunities, understand customer needs. Hosts and presents at technical seminar at customers to promote DuPont technologies and products.Provides technical solutions to customers in a timely manner to address customer questions or inline issues, by leveraging application knowledges and expertise in lithography. Conduct onsite hands-on experiments at customers as needed.Collaborates with other functions to accelerate new R&D product development, CIP/PCN, and commercialization process.Leads investigation of performance-driven customer complaints. Work closely with Manufacturing Quality, and Engineering team to ensure excellent product quality.Generates and use quality data (Litho inline data, SPC chart, COA, analytical test, etc.) to enable cross functional partners to drive product quality improvements.Voices out quality issues at QMR for timely support with priority, and be the VOC to drive quality roadmap and CIPs.Protects intellectual properties and trade secrets.

Qualifications/Requirements:

BS or above in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, semiconductor devices or related fieldsAt least 3-year work experience in semiconductor processing. Lithography experience in Foundry or Memory R&D/manufacturing is preferredKnowledge and experience in semiconductor device and Litho process, Hands-on experience in advanced Litho chemicals, litho materials processing, and photo cluster of track and exposure toolStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHands-on style, continuous learning, deep in technologies, passionate for business winDemonstrated strong ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, cross-functional, global work environmentSelf-motivated in driving progress and result-oriented with attention to detailFluent in both oral and written EnglishCollaborative, strong team player>30% time in travel
