Field Construction Administrator
**Job Title: Construction Admin** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Admin to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage documentation, and facilitate communication between management and service employees. **Responsibilities** + Proficiently use QuickBooks for financial tasks such as processing invoices, receipts, and payments. + Provide administrative support by answering phone calls and emails, starting jobs, and managing schedules. + Manage documents by organizing both physical and digital files, as well as maintaining databases and spreadsheets. + Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. + Coordinate day-to-day office operations. + Act as a liaison between management and service employees to ensure clear communication and correspondence. + Deliver excellent customer service. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in QuickBooks + Experience in Microsoft Office Suite + 2+ years of experience as an Admin **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, project coordination, and document control + Strong skills in administrative support and project management + Reliability and attention to detail **Why Work Here?** Join a smaller company that offers a family-oriented culture with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. The role involves utilizing various office technologies and coordinating daily office operations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
