About the Team

We are expanding our Quality Management team across Sakarya and looking for Field Claims Analysis Engineer to join us in Arifiye/Sakarya with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.

What you can look forward to as Field Claims Analysis Engineer:

Perform technical analysis on field (L1/L2) & 0-km (L1) claims.  Perform QR6S for each new failure mode detected, in line with QR6S process. Lead resolution of new failure modes with limited risks. Create 8D-Reports, and share LLC for new failure modes. Update Failure Mode Tracker (add new failure modes to known failures database). Maintain cooperation with PE team & FCM Team. Support escalations / join task force teams. Support RQE and sales teams by performing investigations on site at main customers. Drive NFF reduction with PE, customer contacts.

Your profile as Field Claims Analysis Engineer:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments. Deep product knowledge in relevant fields. Automotive experience in a matrix environment is an asset. Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 8D, FTA, and QR6S. Six Sigma certification is an asset. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
