The Field Capability Development Manager will drive the capability agenda for the Field Sales team by identifying development needs, designing and executing training interventions, and enabling a high-performance sales culture. This role ensures that field teams are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to deliver commercial excellence and business growth.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Ensure Route-To-Market (RTM) execution to drive highest distribution across all retail environments versus total universe of stores (Nielsen Universe) in their covered regions; Consistent provision of RTM & distributor capability review of both MDLZ and competition
+ Lead the definition of selling structure -- headcount required, frequency, type of operations and fleet mix based on location of stores of assigned regions
+ Build capability on new ways to resolve performance issues using training intervention with Area Development Managers
+ Conduct regular RTM onboarding to Area Development Managers, Distributor Leadership Team (including supervisors)
+ Co-plan with Distribution Capability Development Manager on capability agenda across ADMs and Distributor LT/supervisors; Be the lead Trainer on Right Store
+ Co-driver of RTM Systems project as super user
+ Establish by salesman viable coverage through clear mix of RE for efficient cost to serve and productivity/strike rate
+ Provide insights and benchmarking versus key competition to develop recommendations on RTM & training model in the assigned regions
